This is a small, family-run business that contributes to other small businesses in the Pawhuska community. We are not a chain hotel or a luxury hotel thus offer more affordable rates and simple amenities as is common in other rural locations around the USA near tourist attractions.

Accessibility: The HWHS are in a historic building which was built in times where space expectations were more economical than the present. This means narrow hallways, small steps, and narrow/small private bathrooms in our accommodations despite the spaciousness of an efficiency suite.
All suites are located on the upper level public balcony. They can be accessed by two stair cases at front of building at ground level or parking in back which is on the upper level with NO stairs. The parking loot access has two small steps and then a narrow bridge over the back alley to access the upper level rooms. There are also several spots with raised bumps for drainage on the way to suites 1-6. Each Suite has a step up into the bathroom and the space between the toilet, bath, and sink is typical for a 1920s design and very narrow.
